Starting-
- A consignment of red sandalwood reaches Yokohama port in Japan. Workers are stunned to find Pushpa hidden inside a container! He attacks them, demanding payment for the consignment, but is shot and falls into the sea. This triggers a flashback… After humiliating SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, Pushpa grows as a feared and respected smuggler. Meanwhile, Shekhawat, now hiding, secretly intercepts a massive sandalwood shipment. Pushpa meets Andhra Pradesh CM Narasimha Reddy but is refused a photograph for political reasons. Feeling insulted, Pushpa vows revenge by planning to make Sidhappa the next CM. He raises ₹500 crores through sandalwood smuggling. Pushpa expands his empire by striking deals with Central Minister Veera Pratap Reddy and international buyers in the Maldives for ₹5,000 crores worth of sandalwood.
Climax:
